Sean Trauschke

Sean Trauschke serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of OGE Energy Corp and OG&E. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 1, 2015, President of OG&E since July 2013, President of OGE Energy since August 2014 and was named as Chairman of the Board in December 2015. From 2009 until 2013 he held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both companies. Trauschke also serves on the Board of Directors for Enable GP (the general partner of Enable Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENBL)). Trauschke has been on the board of the OGE Energy and OG&E since May 2015.

Trauschke graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and then earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Throughout his professional career, he has been active in numerous civic and community organizations.  He currently serves on the boards of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, Downtown OKC, United Way of Central Oklahoma, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Children’s Hospital Foundation and Heritage Hall School.

Keith Mitchell

Keith Mitchell was named Chief Operating Officer of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company in February 2015. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Enable Midstream Partners, a natural gas midstream company, since August 2013. Prior to the formation of Enable, he held the position of President of Enogex since 2011 and was a member of the Enogex Board of Directors after having served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Enogex since October 2007.   

Prior to Enogex, Mitchell was a Vice President at Kansas Pipeline Operating Company, responsible for all marketing, supply, and transportation activities.  He has over 30 years of diversified experience in the natural gas and utility industry.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and sits on the Advisory Board of the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Oklahoma.

Stephen Merrill

Stephen Merrill has served as Chief Financial Officer of OGE Energy Corp. since 2014. Previous to this, Merrill served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer of Enable Midstream Partners, LP. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Enogex LLC, and Vice President of Human Resources of OGE Energy Corp. prior to that.

Throughout his professional career, which includes 30 years of diversified experience in the crude oil and natural gas industries, he has been active in numerous civic and community organizations. He currently serves on the board of directors for Integris Baptist Medical Center.

Merrill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and has completed a number of leadership programs.

Jean Leger Jr. serves as Vice President of Utility Operations for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company..

Prior to being named to his current position in June 2008, Leger served as Vice President of Operations at Enogex, LLC, a former OGE Energy subsidiary. He joined Enogex in 1993 and held various leadership positions in plant and field operations.

Leger has 30 years of experience in the energy industry and has held various positions with Conoco/Du Pont and Sun Refining and Marketing.

Leger holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Paul Renfrow

Paul Renfrow is Vice President of Public Affairs and Corporate Administration for OGE Energy Corp and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. He has been with the company since 1992. 

Prior to joining OG&E, he served for 12 years with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation as that agency’s first Director of Public Information.

Renfrow is Chairman of the OGE Energy Political Action Committee and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association, the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals, the Utilities State Government Organization and Rural Enterprises Inc. of Oklahoma.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He also is a graduate of the OSBI Agent’s Academy. He is a past president of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and for five years taught public relations as adjunct instructor at the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a past president of the University of Oklahoma’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications Alumni Association.

 

Cristina McQuistion

Cristina McQuistion is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company.

In her current role, she leads OG&E’s information technology (IT) functions including technology strategy, planning and architecture, solution development and IT and telecommunications infrastructure.  She is also responsible for the company’s growing initiatives in data and business analytics as well as cyber and physical security functions and enterprise business continuity activities. She joined the company in September 2008 as OGE’s Vice President Strategic Planning and Business Performance Improvement. 

Before joining OGE Energy, McQuistion served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Point of Sale Systems, for Teleflora, the nation’s largest floral wire service. She also served that company as Executive Vice President, Membership Services.

Past leadership positions include serving as Vice President, Customer Experience, for eToys, a leading Internet retailer, and as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Entertainment Information Group, for The Nielsen Company. Other positions include leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group and at Credit Suisse First Boston.

She is actively involved in her community as a Trustee of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools where she leads the English Language Learners Committee and the John Rex Downtown Charter School Board. 

McQuistion has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Scott Forbes

Scott Forbes is the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for OGE Energy and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. A Certified Public Accountant, Forbes is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, tax and budget functions at the company. In addition, he leads the company’s disclosure committee and internal controls committee. He also is a member of the benefit oversight committee, the risk oversight committee, the investment committee and the corporate governance committee.

He has been with OGE since 2005 and has 37 years of experience in the electric utility industry.

Forbes earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 1979 from Texas Tech University.

Jerry Peace is the Vice President, Integrated Planning & Development for  Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company.

In his role, he provides leadership for OG&E’s determination of electric generation, transmission, and distribution needs as well as the acquisition and management of all generation fuels requirements. Additionally, Peace oversees OG&E’s interactions with all Regional Transmission Organizations, including the Southwest Power Pool.

Peace was appointed to this position in 2015. Prior to this appointment, he served as OG&E’s Chief Generation Planning and Procurement Officer in 2014 and as OGE Energy Corp’s Chief Risk Officer from 2002 through 2013. He joined the company in 1994 and held various leadership positions prior to being named Chief Risk Officer.

Peace currently serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and the Board of Trustees for Mount St. Mary’s Catholic High School in Oklahoma City.  He has also been actively involved with multiple youth sports and recreation activities throughout the city. 

Peace, a life-long Oklahoman, completed his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma Baptist University and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University’s College of Law. He is also a CPA and a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Patricia Horn

Patricia Horn serves as Vice President  Governance and Corporate Secretary for OGE Energy Corp. and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company.

Prior to joining OGE Energy, Horn was vice president legal, regulatory and Environmental Health and Safety for Enogex, where she was responsible for legal services and regulatory activities and provided leadership for all Enogex environmental, health and safety functions.  In addition to her role at Enogex, she also served as assistant general counsel for OGE Energy.

Prior to joining Enogex in 1997 as Senior Counsel, she was a partner in the Oklahoma City law firm of Hall, Estill, Gable, Golden and Nelson. Her practice focused on energy, business transactions and employment law.

Horn is active and serves on various committees of energy, legal and executive organizations. She has been a speaker for a variety of energy and legal seminars.  She enjoys volunteering her time for civic and charitable organizations. 

Horn holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.

Ken Grant was named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. in 2015. He began his career as an engineer at Tinker Air Force Base before joining OG&E in 1992. Grant has led a number of groups within OG&E, including IT, Marketing, and Product & Technology Development.

Grant received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Charles Walworth

Charles Walworth was named Treasurer for OGE Energy Corp. and Oklahoma Gas & Electric in 2014, having served as Assistant Treasurer prior to that. Walworth started with the company in 1999 as an intern and later became an analyst in corporate finance.

He serves on the boards for Junior Achievement of Oklahoma City and the Saint Anthony Foundation.

Walworth earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma. In 2005, he attained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. In addition he holds a CPA certification.

Donnie Jones

Donnie Jones

Donnie Jones is Vice President, Power Supply Operations for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. He joined OG&E in 2008 as Director of the Business Process Improvement and was appointed Managing Director Power Plant Operations in 2009.

Prior to joining OG&E, Jones served as Director-National Accounts for ConocoPhillips in Houston, Texas, where he managed a diverse portfolio of retailer, installer and industrial business accounts covering the entire U.S. market. He also held positions as Plant Manager and Production Lead within various branches of the ConocoPhillips organization.

He is a member of Leadership Oklahoma and currently serves on the board of Advanced Science and Technology Education Charter School. He has served as both chairman and co-chair for OGE Energy Corp’s United Way campaign.

Jones holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Mo. He is also a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Michael Mathews

Mike Mathews serves as Vice President Transmission and Distribution Operations for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. He got his start at OG&E in 1985 as a meter reader.

Throughout his career he’s held a variety of roles at the company, including as a lineman and an environmental health and safety specialist. He was appointed Director of Region Operations in 2006, responsible for all daily electrical distribution operations throughout the OG&E system, and in 2011 was appointed Managing Director Power Delivery Distribution, responsible for existing distribution operations with the addition of System Integrity , System Resource and Fleet.

Mathews serves on the board of directors of Wings, a special needs community in Edmond, Okla., and currently serves as the OG&E Executive sponsor for the Special Olympics winter games. He’s a past president of the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He also is a trustee on the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial and Museum.

Mathews earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety from University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He also is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Registered Environmental Manager (REM).

Phil Crissup is Vice President Utility Technical Support for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company. His responsibilities include transmission, substation and protection engineering, asset management and project management and execution for OG&E transmission, substation and generation projects and environmental assurance activities.

He joined OG&E as a Distribution Engineer in Enid, Okla. Over his 33-year career, he has held numerous engineering and management positions within OG&E including Distribution Engineering, the System Laboratory, Transmission Design, Transmission Planning and Transmission Policy.  

Crissup received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Power Systems Analysis from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Licensed Engineer in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
