With Auto Pay, your electric bill is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month. You will still receive an OG&E bill each month that shows your usage and the date your payment will be withdrawn from your bank account. You will have 10 days from the date your bill is mailed to contact OG&E to stop the withdrawal if you have questions about your bill. To sign up, print and complete the Auto Pay application form and mail it to the following address:

Enrolling in our EDI program allows you to receive and send your billing information electronically. This processing system not only reduces the need for manual receiving and processing monthly bills, it will also help eliminate payment errors. Contact us to set up an interface between our companies.
If the nature of your business or businesses requires that you receive 10 or more separate billings from OG&E, we can combine all those bills into one, allowing you to make one monthly payment to cover all your accounts. Our Combined Billing option makes your monthly payment process much easier to manage.
There are many options for managing your energy bill. Contact us or enroll online.
OG&E offers you the convenience of paperless billing. It's an environmentally conscious choice that can also save you time and money - it uses less paper to print and mail your bill, less fuel to deliver it, and less mail for you to sort through.
Knowing ahead of time what to expect from your monthly electric bill simplifies planning your budget. Our Average Monthly Billing plan is designed to level out those unusually high bills that occur during months of high electricity use. Your total annual cost for electricity remains the same, but you have the convenience of a more consistent bill each month.
Our Guaranteed Flat Bill (GFB) plan means paying the same monthly amount for your electric bill for one full year – regardless how much electricity you use in summer heat or winter cold. There are no increases due to changes in fuel prices or electric rates. Unlike our Average Monthly Billing plan, GFB has no roll-over feature that constantly changes your monthly bill. You're not liable for any overage during your GFB enrollment period when you complete the one-year agreement. GFB is open to Oklahoma customers only. Some conditions apply.
This rewards decreased usage during peak summer demand hours. June through September, you'll receive a much lower rate during off-peak hours but pay a higher rate during our peak load hours (times vary according to your rate class), excluding weekends and holidays. During the winter season, SmartHours customers revert to our standard rates.
Arkansas customers can take advantage of Paperless Billing and Levelized Billing (Average Monthly Billing) described above. These customers also have the following billing programs:
Our performance-based Load Reduction program offers financial incentives to commercial and industrial customers that can curtail their electrical load when notified by OG&E. You can subscribe to an amount of demand reduction, tell us how you wish to be notified, and then receive a discount for that promised reduction. Those who reduce their usage during a called event receive a discount on their next electric bill. The average savings for customers on the Load Reduction program last year was $3,500. And some customers saved much more.
You can lower your energy costs by shifting your electric use to the times of the day when rates are lower. When higher hourly prices are posted, customers enrolled in Day Ahead Pricing (also known as Real Time Pricing) can reduce their electric use during that time and save money. OG&E will notify you the day before, which allows you to adjust your demand the next day based upon hourly pricing information. If demand reductions are not needed, standard pricing is used.
It costs more for electricity in the summer during peak periods of high customer demand, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. This program allows you to save when costs are lower, or off peak. Customers who are able to reduce or shift their electricity use to off-peak hours on weekdays, June 1 through September 30, are rewarded with lower bills. It also helps OG&E manage its on-peak demand. Time of Use offers lower prices during off-peak times. So enjoy off-peak pricing from 7 at night until 2 p.m. the next day, plus all weekends and national holidays. The average savings for Commercial and Industrial customers on the Time-of-Use rate was over $9,000 last year.
