Low-Income Assistance Program

Our Low-Income Assistance Program (LIAP) gives qualified Oklahoma customers a $13 per month credit on their bill.

Oklahoma Human Services

Oklahoma Human Services is now accepting online applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP). You must first qualify for LIHEAP to apply for OG&E’s low-income assistance.

211 Oklahoma

211 is a 24/7 free service available to all Oklahomans across 77 counties operated by two nonprofit organizations: Heartline, Inc. for the western half of our state, and the Tulsa Area United Way for the eastern half.

Lend-a-Hand

OG&E and The Salvation Army have partnered to offer assistance with energy bills through the Lend-a-Hand program. For more information, contact The Salvation Army office in your area. Call 405-840-0735 to find the nearest Salvation Army office.
