Our Culture Thrives on Service

We believe in the power of giving back and have put that belief into action since 1902. At OG&E, we are passionate about giving back to local charitable organizations and community initiatives supporting education, arts and culture, and human services through OG&E and the OGE Energy Corp. Foundation.

OG&E employees seek opportunities to make a direct impact where they live and work. Our employees generously give their time, talent, and resources to support communities and local nonprofit organizations to help our communities thrive.

Shining More Than Light
Giving back is an essential part of who we are and rooted in everything we do. Every year, our employees and retirees renew their commitment to helping schools, volunteering, and serving seniors to empower our neighbors and brighten the communities we call home.

Community Outreach
We're lending our expertise to partner with our communities. OG&E works directly with local governments, chambers of commerce, businesses, and schools to inform them about programs and services that can help them use energy wisely, support growth, and enact meaningful impact. We carry out our mission through our commitment to customer service and strong local presence.
